FCL - Full Container Load.       - Understanding your quote               


When you are shipping too much for a shared container you will need to ship your goods in either a 20ft, 40ft or 40ft High Cube Container. Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge you based on volume on your container for most locations. We give rates simply based on services needed.




Option # 1 Full Packing: Movers pack all items including furniture, boxes and inventory for customs
Option  # 2  Partial Packing Customers pack boxes and the movers handle the furniture
Option # 3 Self Loading: Customer packs all items, does own inventory for customs and loads the container with a live-load 2 free hrs and then charged per additional hour or drop and pick of container for up 3 days to load:
Breakdown of services provided on our quotes
  1. Professional packing & loading by moving crew 3-4 man crew
  2. Furniture disassemble as needed, wrapping of furniture for ocean transportation
  3. Packing for boxes-Dishes, clothes, misc items & materials
  4. Inventory for customs
  5. Loading container and securing goods
  6. Transporting 20’ / 40’ container from port / ramp to residence
  7. Loading & lashing vehicle ( If Shipping Auto)
  8. Title validation ( If Shipping Auto)
  9. Export documents “Customs formalities at origin” for household goods
  10. Ocean Freight
  11. AES Filing with US customs
  12. Origin Terminal Handling Charges
  13. Fuel Surcharge and mileage
  14. Bunker adjustment factor)
  15. Destination Customs Clearance
  16. Destination Terminal Handling Charges ( This is only included when specified on quote if it’s not included its charged at destination currency as per receipt from port)
  17. Delivery to residence
